As an experienced prosecutor, William "Bill" Kephart has always upheld the highest ethical standards. And as a Justice Court Las Vegas Township Judge, Kephart will bring integrity to the bench.

The Rule of Law

As Chief Deputy District Attorney, Kephart believes that the "rule of law" should govern our judges, as well as our citizens.

As our Justice Court Las Vegas Township judge, Kephart will fairly apply the "rule of law" to ensure that criminals are punished and victims are protected.

Experienced and Qualified to Serve

For 13 years, Kephart has been a Chief prosecutor of violent offenders, sex offenders and habitual criminals.

During his 20 years with the District Attorney's office, Bill has worked in various units such as Special Victims, Major Violators and Career Criminals Unit.

A leader in protecting children from Internet predators and sex offenders.

Instrumental in forming the DUI Vehicular Crimes Unit in the DA's office.

Earned his juris doctorate in May 1988 from Marshall College of Law.

A lifelong Clark County resident, Basic High School and UNLV graduate.
